The BA (Hons) Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management is offered in collaboration with IHTTI’s academic partner, the University of Derby (UoD), which, according to a recent survey, was ranked 4th in the UK for Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality.  Thus, IHTTI graduates gain a highly esteemed UK qualification studied at a Swiss hotel school in addition to their Swiss qualification!

Independent Study
After completing the academic term 6, students will be given 6 weeks to complete their dissertation, during which time supervision will be provided on a distance-learning basis. Students have however the option to stay on campus during this six week period.

This module provides the student with the opportunity to work independently on a specific project of a particular interest to them.  It is this module, which enables the student to gain an honours degree.  The focus is student centred learning with students owning the responsibility to drive the project forward.
