This 2nd internship builds on semesters 1 to 3 and can be carried out in any functional area of a hotel, restaurant or hospitality organization. In year 2, students normally find their own placement but the School provides assistance if required. The successful completion of the internship period with the internship report is an integral element of passing the programme, proceeding to the next level.
